Support Staff Group is looking for PHP developers to join our IT team that provides major development for our company headquarters in Australia.  Company headquarters CXC Global Pty Ltd Australia is a leading global service company providing comprehensive administration, accounting and payroll services to individuals and employers. Support Staff Group is located at Kompleks Kelana Center Point, Petaling Jaya.

Fantastic career opportunity for a skilled PHP Software Analysts to fulfill a key role in the design, implementation and administration of large-scale web applications in this well established Australian brand with offices throughout the Asia Pacific region, Europe and US.

You will primarily be responsible for:

• The design, documentation, implementation and deployment of the core business applications
• Assist with maintenance and support of products and applications
• Collaborate with the operations and development teams in overseas
• Research and propose innovative systems and client solutions
• Mentor clients, partners and internal staff
• Develop strategy for the in house products
• Prepare application architecture, specifications and other supporting documentation.

Experience Required:

• 3+ years experience in PHP development
• Solid experience in databases i.e MySQL
• OO design patterns experience
• Strong database design & reporting skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in all or some of the following areas is an advantage

• Code versioning (CVS, Subversion…)
• Bug Tracking Systems (Mantis, Bugzilla)
• Web Services/RPC & System integrations
• Automated testing tools & Test Case Management
• Templating (Smarty…)
• AJAX (jQuery, DoJo)
